Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. Took me 45yrs but I found the love of my life. I'm going through some of the toughest times in my life. And I've been hit upside to have the baseball bat twice shot with the BB gun and I'm still rolling the dice. But the point that I'm trying to make every person needs a teammate needs one ride or die in the entire life. No matter what life has thrown at you and your past demons keep creeping up on you. There's not a slap in the face they don't laugh at you they don't call you stupid they don't throw chairs at you. They don't tear up or cut up Dennis Rodman jerseys they don't throw away your important stuff. They make you want to look epic everyday they make sure that your drips are right your clothes are nice and you look damn good with your fohawks. You are the biggest dork on the planet this ADHD zero that always comes up with senseless stuff. That's all right I thought I was going to end up life on my own with nobody around just squirrel and me and then one day I looked up in the sky and I saw her and I grabbed that unicorn. And now it's right or die who would have thought I love you baby I've never thought more confidence in my entire life ride or die squirrel has never meant to me more powerful than it does now I'm on not be there superhero but I'm yours and that's good enough for me.

Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. As I go on my fitness journey and start knowing my body I tend to start pushing my limits because let's face it #iam1stphorm. Just sayin. Has any ADHD score will tell you once we're in we're all in so testing my bodies I have to pushing myself to the maximum to where I can push myself no more as a true warrior. Improvise, adapt, overcome. To be the movement always on the move and never underestimating yourself. Above my average day workouts I've given myself my own 30-day challenges. You can follow me on my journey as we do three sets of 30 push-ups for 30 days. We're also going to tag in some Gladiator moves. WHAT WE'RE YOU THINKIN SQUIRREL ?

Well here we go another senseless blog by adhd squirrel. Today I start my day on the river. My happy place squirrel in the woods this my element. This like Ground zero were I can play. I can be a squirrel "JUST SAYIN...!
That feeling you get when your tent is up. Like Murphy's Law always does. One of my I thought would be my ground zero for every. Slap today judge me like others.

Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. There are men types of men in this world 🌎. Bray Wyatt once said that there are the dreamers and they are the ones that fail. As we all go through life we lose people. But it's the impact that you make on that life that makes a statement. What will you be remembered by. No I'm not saying you got to be Superman or Randy Orton or Hulk Hogan or even Bray Wyatt. But as a character and as a human being he made time for people he entertained people he enjoyed what he did and he enjoyed life. Of course he had a creepy side and his WWE character but he played it well if you wanted to know Bray Wyatt's next move. And as a man or as a person or as a human being you need to make a statement of who you are and what you want to be known for greatness comes from hard work dedication and motivation. The average human being gives off after the first try maybe gives it a second try but then he's done we have to fail numerous amount of times before you get to success. And pray Wyatt he did exactly that so let's raise our lanterns High and Shine the sky in honor of a man that became a legend.

So here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. Well today we're going to talk about motivation hard work and dedication. As I'm going through my first form transformation. My coach Quinn, send us a video today about our mind telling us no. Now if we think about that statement I bet you our mind tells us no more than yes. You get up in the morning you're not feeling really good you don't want to go to work you got to make that money. But right then your body told you no. But no matter what or mine tells us it instinct is something hot and we touch it, or we got to get in that last rep and our muscles are aching and you're sore what does your body going to tell you. But in some cases that first thing stink can't go with because no doesn't get you hard work dedication and motivation .
No matter what you have to keep fighting .... I don't think any of the greats told himself no to think Ali said nobody jumped in the ring to think Mike Tyson said no. And most of all always believe in yourself and always tell yourself yes if you could do anything you want to do nothing will stop you by yourself.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is no in some cases it's not always the correct answer. But when you're in squirrel's head you got a bunch of things ramble around and you're thinking crazy don't do nothing stupid the answer is probably no in that case.

Who even reading this who cares
So here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. And as I wonder I sit here and I write these blogs just been quite a few I don't think anybody's even read them. So I asked myself why what are you thinking?" Squirrel" but as I go through my journey in life I've come to realize I don't do anything for anybody I do it for me. Cuz we all know squirrel trying to even put thoughts down on a piece of paper or an iPhone or a laptop or whatever you're reading this on even an Android. But it's help me do the very thing that I need to work on relax, focus, slow down?
So I can improve on my writing skills or any communication skills I'm 100% down with that. Because we all have to improvise, adapt, overcome. So me riding these blogs have definitely improved me it hasn't helped me believe that even I am capable of having a Blog even if you're not reading it it's okay with me. So don't do something because you want something to read it or don't do something because you want something someone to see it. Do it because you want to do it and if you're reading this and it helped you good for you. Because in the end we all can become i. A. O. Warriors. No matter what always believe in yourself because you're capable of anything and never let anyone tell you that you're an underdog. What were you thinking? Super friend Today
Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel.
. But today was pretty hard I was aching I was sore. I managed to fix my roof get a little bit of extra workout. Does that started working out this little turd came down and saw me. Laughing is always and giggling she helped me videotape some of my epic workout today. Sometimes when I need it the most she's there just to give me a hug and look at me and say uncle squirrel, and I say what Kimberly says nothing just coming down to see you I'm bored. So I start my workout traded my own I did a little bit of dumbbells and we did some cardio boxing

* dumbbell deadlifts 8 to 15 Reps for sets
dumbbell shoulder press 8 to 15 Reps for sets
* dumbbell Flyers 8 to 15 Reps for sets
* dumbbell side plank stretches my favorite I created 8 to 15 Reps for sets then hi knee lunges with dumbbell punch weight of your choice 4 to 15 Reps for sets I created that one too
Then 20 mins cardio boxing.

New world
So here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. Well as you all know if you were keeping up in my blogs I haven't been sleeping at night. Still a lot scrambling up in my head. So one of my goals is to really relax Focus slow down. But I'm slowly getting my house in order. I painted today not a very good painter. But I did the above I did my quote and it doesn't look too bad. It's coming together carpet is next we're going to get there. For the first time in my life and I'm pretty old I'm not that old but I'm pretty old but I'm home. Other than Oscoda when I get my retirement place right in the woods. But I'm driving to improve me I'm Letting Go all the bologna and focusing me and me and my unicorn.
. But unlike most houses like I said this one means something she appreciates it she accepts me looks past all the bologna and it's home. So if you've been following I am 150, that's big for squirrel. I might not go to use that line and glide on a Dorito in my break.
But today's workout it was fun I did a good cardio some push-ups and some sit-ups. I haven't had my puppy's help me

squirrel favorite workout/Bo Staff
So here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD School. Well there's not really much to say we're improving we're getting bigger. Probably getting a lot more haters but we will become a YouTube influencer, Fitness. We're going to work out with weights and I'm going to particular specialize in both staff. That's right squirrel's going to be a Donatello. So we're going to do the normal cardio and we're going to do a Bo Staff workout and we're going to learn we're going to be an expert stay tuned to further what is going to happen. Let's hope I don't break anything what were you thinkin..? Just sayin..! Come to find out who would have thought. This guy after years and years of collecting knives they've got tossed they've got thrown away who knows where they went among all my other things. I what are the both staff. What were you thinkin?
And like always she knows me best think about it it's pretty cool walking stick you can do a lot of things with a bostaff that you wouldn't imagine trust me if you follow along you might actually find out. So be careful and if you are going to play with the bo staff don't trip nobody just saying it ain't cool. But if you are going to do it squirrel make sure they deserve it. Like always if you got this far that's a pretty epic picture by the way right can't deny it I know. And when I mean a lot since shadows I'm seeing demons. And the simple fact is they're not really there but then again they are just as Alexa. But no matter what I got to stay focused if today's workout was pretty epic and I hurtso I did that well. I am whooped

life hits hard but never give up.
Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. You know we all go through different things in our life. And we encounter many different people somewhere in town or again some become family. But when you get those blows to the Head unexpected from the ones that you thought that loved you. Sylvester Stallone said one time and his Rocky Balboa movie nothing hits harder than life. It's going to beat you to your knees you can't fight anymore you got to keep getting up. Squirrel, I tweaked a little bit.
And I got hit pretty hard lately worse than getting ran over shot. I mean don't get me wrong again we've all gone through some things. But when I tell you Murphy's Law follows me I'm not just saying it it does. I think maybe some of it's karma coming in and bite me in the ass. But if you know me squirrels really a nice guy I'll give you the shirt off my back and I'll be the one cold probably complain about it but who I am. And for many years I've given your creatures that just didn't believe in me there was no respect. I was just another guy with the paycheck what can I get from him. Once who I thought that were family. But when I did stop that paper and start focusing on me and my unicorn. I was changed was happier someone that actually cared about me. Brother died it meant something she's got my back go to the length of all lengths to protect me because I mean something to her and she means something to me. She's not with me cuz my dollars and my money we know that cuz I ain't got nothing the rest of the people in the world is taking it. Every time she looks into my she smiles she laughs full of love. She puts up with my ADHD and my crazy things in my head. Searching for that one person I thought I had a few that would have my back no matter what took me long enough 45 years and all I had to do was relax, focus, slow down. So what I'm trying to say is no matter what believe in yourself you are capable of anything that you want no matter if other around you don't think you are important you are a beast. It's a little bit of patience there's someone out there for everyone sometimes you just got to look on your level. Stop looking down look up I did.

Crazy Day
Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. Well we all know I say it all the time relax, focus, slow down. One of my favorite shows is Fast and the Furious. Who doesn't like Fast cards hot women. But it's not about then things quote I love to use enjoy the little things. It's that moment that meaning what Dom family they came from all over the world. Thursdays and some that he tried to bring in that didn't make the cut. But that ball headed guy fast ride in and then Wheels look at Style with his glasses everybody wanted to be dumb. But if you looked inside of Dom he had a huge heart family meant the world to him. Now if you're paying attention if you got this far and you listen to squirrel.
But in end its who respect you for Who You Are no matter what. Where I come from you give your all you work hard you become an adult. But no matter what my dad showed me love how to work how to be a man. And even all those things the horrible not so good things I did to him I never once did I ever think about taking them out like Jason Bourne squirrel there was respect the orange.

Always Believe in yourself
Well here we go another census blog from an ADHD squirrel. Today's workout was really hard there's a lot on my mind. You know we all have our things that we deal with everyday. So what I'm really trying to tell you is there's a lot in my head. There's a lot of important people in my life. The kind of think everything is my fault. I did my best I tried my hardest. And I always improvised adapt and overcome. Squirrel, relax Focus slow down. Like always I tell myself that everyday. And this is the week I think I need it the most. Do you know how if you really want to say something but you know you shouldn't cuz it's just going to cause a whole lot of Chaos. Well keep my mouth shut ride it out. Cuz no matter what I am a good person I am a warrior. Well here we go again another census blog by an ADHD squirrel.
Someone's trying to work out in the woods. I was in the element I was in my playground sound like you kidding me candy store squirrel I didn't know where to go. Jumping off trees doing pull-ups off the branches during my towel to climb the tree. Ot was amazing. The environment was just amazing I felt like a guy me and his huge playground no wait just the environment rocks trees branches of course my orange towel.
