So I start my workout traded my own I did a little bit of dumbbells and we did some cardio boxing
Workout
* dumbbell goblet squats 8 to 15 Reps for sets
* dumbbell deadlifts 8 to 15 Reps for sets
dumbbell shoulder press 8 to 15 Reps for sets
* dumbbell Flyers 8 to 15 Reps for sets
* dumbbell side plank stretches my favorite I created 8 to 15 Reps for sets then hi knee lunges with dumbbell punch weight of your choice 4 to 15 Reps for sets I created that one too
Then 20 mins cardio boxing.
