So here we go another sense this blog from an ADHD squirrel. As I go through my journey and realize what fits my bones be hurting and I be aching I'm feeling the cracks I'm feeling the pain. But consistency is key getting up everyday to work out today and hitting that punching bag and learning the Box. They said I'd never be a wrestler I'd never be a boxer I've never amount to anything they said. It's too different he has ADHD he can't focus relax and slow down. He's too little he can't be a boxer it's impossible he's going to get his ass kicked they used to say. You can hang glide on a Dorito he looks like a Chico stick. He can hide behind a tree no one's going to be scared of him they said. It's not about being people being scared or knowing that I did something that other people thought even that I could even accomplish but anything and anything is possible you just always must believe in yourself and surround yourself with amazing people. 40lbs dumbell each hand 80lbs total
2. Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 4 5

3. Leg Press 3 6

4. Hip Thrust 3 sets 110 lbs
110 with 10lbs resistant
5. Leg Extension 3 12
6. Standing Calf Raise 4 sets 15 75bls
