It does hurt to move in the morning but I throw on my Happy Tunes get motivated my workout jams and it's time to do this I am the next big thing. And nothing in the world will stop me and nobody will tell me I can't. Matter of fact going to tell me I'm going to work harder than the rest when you tell me squirrel ride or die will never give up I am part of Da movement and we never stop moving we only perfect it when it hurts to wake up to get out of bed in the morning you know you did something right the night before Pain's only temporary results are everything in order to be a beast you must train constantly and live in pain and always stay consistent and never give up. But I hurt keep moving ,I ache keep moving, feel pain ,keep moving, squirrel RELAX, FOUCS,SLOW DOWN.

Creed Workout Day 4: Push Muscle Building
Exercise Sets Reps
Warm Up: Stretch, SMR, Jog 1- 2 Miles.
1. Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
3 sets 18 reps weight= 50 lbs
2. Push Ups
4 sets 25 reps no weight
3. Bench Press 4 sets of 15
1 set 125
2 set 145
3 set 155
4. Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
3 sets 15 reps weight = 30bls each
5. Triceps Dips
3 sets 15 reps No weight
6. Skullcrushers
3 set 12 reps weight = 30lbs
Cardio: Perform cardio intervals for 15-45 minutes. If you’re trying to go the true Creed route, do some
heavy bag intervals, speed bag intervals, or sparring.
