Squirrel lives Matter Hero Fitness

So here we go another senses blog from an ADHD squirrel. As I continue on my life Journeys whoever and wherever it will take me. One thing that I know as we all know life is hard. You have to work as hard as you can to get to things that you want. If you don't make the right mistakes along the way things will be taken you'll be shot twice with the BB gun and you still have continuing to roll Da dice 🎲.  NO matter you have to keep moving. .Take minute take a deep breath. DON'T  DO IT SQUIRREL... IM REALLY RELAX, FOCUS, SLOW DOWN. AND BREATH IN AND OUT SLOW. That's the problem and you can't tell me you have the same as me we are always rushing. Take a minute relax smell the flowers enjoy the scenery cuz life works too fast . And let's face it well not superheroes meaning that we can't run like flash. Can't change back time, we can't change those things those people that hurt us those demons we encountered on the way. You must improvise, adapt, overcome. I.A.O. WARRIORS. So stop telling yourself you want to do something get off your ass and do it doesn't matter what other people think doesn't matter if they're going to laugh let them judge. Whoever and whoever assume you believe in you weren't put on this Earth then press everybody else you put on this Earth then press yourself. And along the way you'll know who the ones that'll stick around the ones that if you ask I got something to do you can't ask any questions we're just going to go do it and they're going to say whose car we're going to take. And they will call themselves The Movement because they never stop moving for what they believe in so if you have a dream catch a star grab a unicorn because it's possible trust me ride or die squirrel nose.

I am King of 1stphorm

Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. Well I'd ask myself many times today don't do it squirrel? Like always I had to relax focus and slow down. There is definitely a tough day ...
I am king of @1stphorm #1stphorm ready to take on the world. Not even #luffy . Or Da 
#onepeice will get myway.  #workout will come I will take on  #vinkings  #fittness and #fitt i get get it done. There's no questions asked improvising adapting and overcoming on the way. Don't underestimate the little guy I'll come in like Wreck-It Ralph smashing everything in my way. So think twice maybe even a third before you make your move ask yourself why do they call im squirrel. because this squirrel is here to stay pay attention maybe you didn't now accidentally oops squirrel punch. I'm not down for a fight don't get me wrong but I know where I want to be and I know where I have to go. I'm the first one to put on a smile and give you the clothes off my back. I'm the most hardest dedicated loyalist person you'll ever know. But people take advantage and the ADHD gets in the way. So don't let your flaws or other people tell you you can't do something don't let the ones that have stabbed you in the back even drowned you and you had to swim to the top the ones that are family they'll help you right back up they won't expect anything they won't ask for anything. Unicorn exist mine loves My ADHD


Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel . Just sayin.. ! It's funny how things come up every which way and just about. I think everyday who am I what is squirrel thinking they say? Well I did exactly what I tell myself everyday and I never listen to what they all say. But I looked up in the sky I pause for a second thinking I just waste and then as I looked up in the sky I was reminded I can never be replaced. Unicorn do exist I am living proof. 
Take my hand and come with me,
I want to teach you about ADHD.
I need you to know, I want to explain,
I have a very different brain.
Sights, sounds, and thoughts collide.
What to do first? I can't decide.
Please understand I'm not to blame,
I just can't process things the same.

I try to behave, I want to be good,
But I sometimes forget to do as I should.
Walk with me and wear my shoes,
You'll see its not the way I'd choose.
I do know what I'm supposed to do,
But my brain is slow getting the message through.

It's hard to get my school work done,

I worry a lot about getting things wrong,
Everything I do takes twice as long.
Everyday is exhausting for me...
Looking through the fog of ADHD.
I'm often so misunderstood,
I would change in a heartbeat if I could.

I'm blamed for things I haven't done.

Don't Do it Squirrel Stay Focused

Squirrel is need of a video camera ? Donations would be epic as I start my journey and my YouTube phenomenon. Just say that old debts have caught up to me. Just say that the beginning of November can't come fast enough. And all my struggles in life that I've had to conquer and face all my demons I have done it. With no one and very little people behind me. And the people that were behind me turns out they were the ones against me. Now you think I'm not telling you this to feel sorry for me not one bit. I'm telling you this because no matter what the devil or evil. Or whatever your worth nightmare is. And we're not talking about Freddy Krueger we're not talking about Jason. Squirrel what are you talking about you're getting off track. But I'm not I'm not even talking about that creepy little doll that calls himself Chucky that wears over holes. I'm talking about your everyday Encounters in life. Getting over all the mistakes or all them old and bad feelings. No matter what you must pick yourself up. My hero and we're not talking about my unicorn squirrel we're talking about don't say it squirrel oh yeah we're saying it Henry. Told me one day that every day a squirrel goes out in life he looks left he looks right and he asked to cross that road. Now think here is this little squirrel running across 225 cars maybe that's an exaggeration going at least 25 to 55 miles an hour. No if that's girl has to go across the expressway we're talking about cars going 75 to 95 mph. But he does it he jumps he goes for it he doesn't even think about it he weaves in he weaves out he jumps over looks like he's flying he goes under the Corvette did you see him. But he got across but his buddy that was found behind him he didn't make it. There are 340 million squirrels in the in the world. So there are 8 billion people in the world. Now think about how many idiots cross that road and don't pay attention. So this rambling in this point that I'm trying to make every day that little squirrel goes for his dream he doesn't think twice he doesn't look back he goes for it. Not to the ratio of squirrels to people there are in the world. I bet you less than half go for their dream. So it doesn't matter how little how big or even how smart you think you are or the people around you think you are. If you

believe in yourself look up at the sky once in a while don't say it squirrel oh yeah we're saying it again always Believe In Unicorns everybody sees a rainbow how often do you see a unicorn. Building character with Massy Arias

Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. So as you will know if you don't and haven't been following my blogs well I've been really into fitness lately and I mean in when I mean and I mean squirrel that's all I think about. Is making my body perfect for me transforming it into something that would never expect to happen. It's been doing it consistently for some time now and learning my fitness jourging and what muscles to work what to eat what to drink eating six times a day who eats that much. Apparently a lot of people well Arnold schwarzenegger, Sylvester stallone, John cena, the rock, Jake Paul  and even Kurt Angle. Who keeps in mind trained for a year every day constantly wrestled for an hour took off ran lifted weights slept and eat. That's all he did for a year consistently. Thought himself he was a small guy so to beat the bigger guys. He had to make sure that they got tired endurance. Putting your thought body through limits that it's never been put through before pushing it to the very end. Most people feel hurt they quit they don't like the pain. Well enjoy the pain pain only lasts for a minute or until the end of the workout Quote by Massy Arias. 
So so again improvise, adapt, overcome. And most of all always believe in the underestimated and advice from ride or die squirrel relax, focus, slow down.

Make it or Break it jump through Rick and Morty's portal and da Enterprise

Here we go another senses blog from an ADHD squirrel. So I've been on about day three on my pumpkin spice protein shake, my pro-antibiotics berry mix it tastes like green beans put in some V8 just saying gives a little bit of a better taste. And my constantly drinking milk and eating eggs basically capping my protein to the ultimate limit that have never seen it before question is is it working I think so. Well I kind of know so this squirrel it's got abs I even maybe might be able to take take out Sylvester Stallone and over the top. That's a pipe dream I'm not that big. So I find myself challenging and putting myself through every test every limit . I'm starting to feel them bones ache starting to feel them crack . But I'm seeing the Improvement the muscles are getting bigger my head is swelling . Because whoever would have thought that I'd be taking pictures of myself God damn squirrel you look good . Well you're probably thinking he's nuts he's not cute he's way in over his head . But that's what you're all going to think and that's okay because I finally learned to do what I do best . Being a I .A.O. Warrior. But I learned those very simple words a long time ago but it never clicked until a few years ago. Because my big brother he's had to do it his whole life and he's still doing it so again squirrel I've said it and I'll say it many times and provides adapt and overcome and always believe in yourself.
So  if you haven't been following or catching up on my blogs that means improvise, adapt, overcome. Which I've had to do my entire life but it just never quit. But now it's just me and my pipe dream and becoming a Bruce Lee and always making that special unicorn happy. Unicorn don't exist you say. Muscle skinny squirrel will Happen

Here we go another senses blog from an ADHD squirrel. Well 146.5 that 165 ain't looking so good I might still be able to hang glide on a Dorito with Thor hammer in hand . What were you thinkin squirrel ?
But as you all know I'm a small guy I'm skinny so if you're having problem building muscle necessarily necessarily building Mass. But you cannot forget about your core. One of the most important things is your core. In my fitness studies and trying to become your next biggest fitness trainer YouTube sensation . Wait what squirrel I already said it what were you thinking is that even possible . Well I'll answer my own question...  improvise, adapt, overcome.. Two week abs . What we're you Thinkin?

So here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. So becoming a big workout buff. Trying to get like super zoom in become the hall to maybe Thor or just the biggest squirrel you've ever seen. What's a lot of work out videos trying to tweak my workouts trying to see what's good what's not so I come across this two week abs so we're about to do this for about 4 weeks and we're about to find out if this actually works who knows. What were you thinking just saying

* Jump Jack's 45secs
* Leg raises 45secs ( keep lower back stright)
* Fuller kicks 45 secs ( shape lower back and core)
* scissor kicks 45 secs 
* feet of crunches 45 secs ( hold position hold core tight )
* FULL wipers 45 secs ( keep legs tight together do not let feet touch ground)
* Plank knee to elbow.  45 secs ( will work on all core. Keep elbows straight, core tight)
* jumping climbers 45 secs. ( KEEP HEAD STRIGHT. KEEP LEG CLOSE IN AND OUT . )
* alternate V sit-ups 45secs ( lay on back raise r/l touch toes.
* Hollow hold 45 secs ( keep core stright and keep Arms tight like butterfly)
