Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. So as you will know if you don't and haven't been following my blogs well I've been really into fitness lately and I mean in when I mean and I mean squirrel that's all I think about. Is making my body perfect for me transforming it into something that would never expect to happen. It's been doing it consistently for some time now and learning my fitness jourging and what muscles to work what to eat what to drink eating six times a day who eats that much. Apparently a lot of people well Arnold schwarzenegger, Sylvester stallone, John cena, the rock, Jake Paul and even Kurt Angle. Who keeps in mind trained for a year every day constantly wrestled for an hour took off ran lifted weights slept and eat. That's all he did for a year consistently. Thought himself he was a small guy so to beat the bigger guys. He had to make sure that they got tired endurance. Putting your thought body through limits that it's never been put through before pushing it to the very end. Most people feel hurt they quit they don't like the pain. Well enjoy the pain pain only lasts for a minute or until the end of the workout
