* 200 air squats
* 5 sets of 25 explosive push-ups
* 100 knee lunches right foot left foot
* 3 sets 25 plank push up
* 3 25 Dimond pushup
3 sets curls 25 reps (25lb)
3 sets extension 25 reps curls right arm (25lb)
3 sets extension 25 reps curls left arm ( 25lb)
3 sets Hammer curl right arm 25 reps ( 25lb)
3 sets Hammer curls left arm. 25 reps (25lbs)
3 sets bench press 10 reps (70)
One of my favorite workouts that I created my big dumbbell guy I really like him and my bench press. So there it is let's get started never giving up. You never saw me coming. The world never never even expected at ADHD blog let alone a squirrel try to get ripped. Well what's the progress happen we doing this.
